Toolkit 2: Skinning Jetpack Jones - Painting Weights

 In todays video I had to paint the weights for each part of the body. This was done in a hierarchy, allowing each joint to move the part of the geometry near it.








I managed to finish binding the weights to the mesh. I found this process to be a lot simpler than it seemed and it was something I previously struggled to do with my own character. I now understand the process a lot better and realise where I went wrong before.
